I'm the landlady of a 3 bedroom, mid-terrace house in the Hirael District of Lower Bangor. The house is located in a quiet, residential street just off the High Street, within c. 5 minutes' walk from the sea (i.e. the Menai Straits). The house is a shared house with an HMO (House of Multiple Occupancy) licence for 4 persons and comprises 3 spacious double bedrooms and the following communal rooms, a large well equipped kitchen with a washer/drier, a dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer, a living/dining room and a bathroom (with bath and shower). The house also has a rear garden with a patio and garden shed for the storage of bikes etc.
I currently have 2 double rooms available in the house following the re-decoration of the whole house.
The rent for each of the 2 double rooms that are available will be inclusive of all household bills, i.e. gas and electricity (with a fair usage policy), water and a superfast, fibre broadband service. The rent also includes council tax (if eligible). However, as you may be aware, full time students are exempt from paying council tax. Holding deposits will convert towards the security deposits.
The fair usage policy for gas and electricity is based on the previous years usage and adjusted according to the number of persons in the house.
