The property offers generous size bedrooms and excellent study space with good levels of natural light and great communal areas with very large fully fitted communal kitchen with breakfast bar and a large lounge/ dining area, to escape those studies. Free off-road parking also available for up to 4 cars.
All bedrooms are furnished to high standard. Nearly all (1 single bedded room at a reduced cost) come with a double bed & comfy Silentnight mattresses (with mattress protector). Also provided are a glass computer desk & office type chair, shelf, pinboard, curtains, Ikea bedside drawers, side table. A built-in wardrobe space and ikea drawers offers plenty of space for your clothes (see photos).
The property has previously been fully refurbished and offers excellent quality student accommodation, benefitting from gas central heating and 2 full shower rooms (with basin & toilet) and a further separate ground floor toilet with wash handbasin.
The spacious fully-fitted kitchen includes: a larder fridge, chest freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, large combined fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven, sink and dishwasher. All crockery, glassware, cutlery, pans and utensils are also provided. As is a Kettle and toaster.
The separate large lounge and dining area provides a great space to get away from your study bedroom to relax and to chill out, or for just getting together with housemates, or friends.
All students have enjoyed their time here with many getting excellent results. It has also been a pleasure to host international students from UAE, Malaysia, India, Hungary, Germany, Austria, Belgium and Italy.
