The kitchen recently received an upgrade with newly fitted cupboards and work surfaces including a new electric cooker (with ceramic hob), tumble dryer, fridge and auto defrost freezer. This house is a clean and well maintained 'home from home' property. Students have often said it has a home feel.
I offer the option to pay 'all inclusive' for Wi-Fi, gas and electric, but you will only pay for what you use (£15/week is included in the rent). Any surplus or deficit will be reconciled at the end of the tenancy (previously there has a small amount returned to the tenant at the current rates, and this will be checked regularly).
