Caellepa is a fantastic location, which is well placed for the shops, restaurants, bars and 10 minute walk to the University.

The house has undergone redecoration, and is light, spacious and airy. There are brand new double beds in bedrooms 2, 3 and 4; a brand new small double in bedroom 1 and new fitted modern white blinds.

Each room has a study area with whiteboard, shelf, wardrobe and drawers.

There is large kitchen / diner that leads out to a patio area that overlooks the beautiful city and the University.  There is a comfortable lounge with brand new furniture, a wall mounted TV and WIFI.

The house can be rented either with or without bills. We are providing high speed internet.

The weekly figures listed are based on no bills however this can be added at £27 pppw.

Viewings are being conducted by a local agent.
